The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and message. The rooms use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange administrative follow-up. The general form is unsuitable for emergencies or detailed clinical records.

Who may process the information?

Authorised practice staff process enquiries. Website hosting and email-delivery providers may process the submitted data to deliver the service. Information may also be disclosed where law requires it or where you authorise disclosure.

Current website infrastructure may include Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. Links or embeds from mapping and translation providers can send technical data to those providers under their own privacy terms.

How can I request access or correction?

The rooms take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information. You may ask to access or correct personal information by calling 02 9438 2277 or emailing info@hughmedical.com. The rooms may need to verify your identity before responding.
